What are the current COVID protocols?

Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or recent negative test is no longer required to check in to our hostel. Masks are not required in the facility. Rather, guests travel at their own risk. Please note that reservations may be cancelled if a guest seems to be sick with COVID-19 symptoms and/or refuses to take a diagnosing test when asked by our staff. We expect everyone to cooperate to keep each other safe. Vaccination is highly recommended before traveling!

Where should I park my car?

We have a special for guests with the West Edge Garage on Pike & 2nd Ave to store your vehicle for the duration of your stay (please note the garage has no in-and-out privileges). Bring your stub to the hostel for $5 discounted parking at $21 per 24 hours. See their website for open times and details.

Is our queen bed a private room?

No. Our queen beds are in shared dorm style rooms.

To get a private room, select the "private room" option and reserve ahead of time as these sell out quickly!

Can two people share a twin bed

All twin beds are single occupancy. Two people are welcome to share a queen bed.

Do we serve breakfast?

Of course! A hearty breakfast is something we feel everyone needs. Breakfast includes unlimited eggs, toast & english muffins, jam & peanut butter, fresh fruit options, hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. On top of that, it's completely free!

Do we have private bathrooms?

All our bathrooms are private and located in the hallways. Unlimited hot water and radiant heated floors!

Are towels included?

Towels cost $1 for as many as you need for your entire stay. Just bring them to the front desk to get a clean dry towel whenever you need one.

Are there late check out fees?

In the event you partied too hard and are unable to exit your bed on time we may charge $20 to your account.

What to do if the front door is locked / Late arrival procedure.

Press the black button on the intercom to notify our front desk staff to unlock the door or call +1 (206) 340-1222 if you need assistance. We have 24-hour reception.

Do we store luggage? Is there a fee?

Luggage storage is free for guests during your stay and on the day you check out until 11pm. Non-guests & extended luggage storage costs $5 per night per bag.

Is a grocery store nearby?

We're located next to the famous Pike Place Market, just a 2-minute walk, where you can purchase locally sourced groceries! Target and H Mart are also within a 3 minute walk from our front door.

What time is check in / late check in at?

Check in is anytime after 2pm. We have 24-hour reception.
